Strawberry Cucumber Salad with Basil and Mint

Ingredients

8 oz. strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cucumber, seeds removed and sliced

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup fresh basil, thinly sliced

¼ cup fresh mint, thinly sliced for larger leaves, small leaves left whole

2 Tbsp unfiltered olive oil, to taste

2 Tbsp balsamic reduction, to taste

Celtic sea salt, to taste

Cracked black pepper, to taste

 

Instructions

1. Slice the strawberries, cucumber, red onion, basil, and mint. Gently toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.

2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
