Mango and Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients

4 cups frozen mango

4 cups frozen strawberries, chopped

½ to 1 cup water

2-3 Tbsp. honey, to taste

 

Instructions

1.    Combine the frozen mango and strawberries in the bowl of a food processor with honey and water (start with 1/2 cup and add more if needed).

2.    Blend until smooth.

3.    Transfer to a freezer-safe dish and freeze for one hour.

4.    Serve, one scoop at a time. Enjoy!
